Goldeen Attack: Splash Goldeen redefines the word "useless". It uses its Splash attack, but this does not affect any character.

Groudon Attack: Overheat An enemy who touches this massive Pokémon will be burned by his scorching attack.

Gulpin Attack: Swallow This pokemon will sit, unnoticed, until an unsuspecting opponent gets near, before using Swallow to chomp them up. It may also deal damage to the engulfed opponent.

Ho-Oh Attack: Sacred Fire This bird-like Pokémon will fly above the stage and emit a large pillar of fire, dealing constant damage.

Jirachi Attack: Fly While ascending, Jirachi will drop stickers of all kinds for you to grab.

Kyogre Attack: Hydro Pump It'll blast enemies off the screen with its Hydro Pump. Beware its massive size too, as it will cause damage upon making contact.

Latias and Latios Attack: Steel Wing They cross the screen while using Steel Wing, damaging on impact and causing wind currents which may have an affect on items and characters.

Lugia Attack: Aeroblast Lugia soars above to the background of the battle and uses Aeroblast to attack enemies, sending them flying when hit.

Manaphy Attack: Heart Swap Heart Swap is used to temporarily switch the characters each player controls. The attack has a limited range, and so if it misses, nothing will happen.

Meowth Attack: Pay Day Meowth pelts your enemies with coins.

Metagross Attack: Earthquake Metagross uses Earthquake to bury nearby enemies and damage other grounded opponents.

Mew Attack: Fly Mew will float above and drop a CD for you to add to your library.

Moltres Attack: Fly The large Moltres will appear on stage and fly away, damaging any opponents that touch them.

Munchlax Attack: Pickup Munchlax, true to its name, munches down any item it can get its tiny hands on.

Piplup Attack: Surf This little penguin-like Pokémon will attack opponents with its Surf attack, pushing enemies around on its wave.

Snorlax Attack: Body Slam This lazy Pokémon will soar above the stage, inflate into a giant, and fall on brawlers within a large range.

Staryu Attack: Swift Staryu will choose a competitor, home in on the foe, and fire little bursts of energy at them using its Swift attack.

Suicune Attack: Aurora Beam It launches a fast, powerful beam at opponents that can also cause freezing.

Togepi Attack: Metronome Togepi unleashes one of 5 different attacks with Metronome:
-Leech Seed: Places a flower on the heads of nearby enemies
-Icy Wind: Freezes nearby opponents with a blast of ice
-Sleep Powder: Puts nearby enemies to sleep
-Earthquake: Togepi shakes the ground, causing nearby opponents to be temporarily buried into the ground
-Night Shade: Blackens the screen for several seconds, although CPU are not affected

Torchic Attack: Fire Spin Pulls nearby enemies with jets of fire, while dealing constant damage, before finally sending them flying.

Weavile Attack: False Swipe Temporarily stuns opponents, although while dealing only 1% of damage. Still, the benefits of being able to land free attacks are great.

Wobbuffet Attack: Counter Similar to a punching bag, although it will attack by wobbling after being hit. It also does not differentiate between friend and foe.
